If your claim is determined to have a manufacturing issue, AFG reserves the right to exercise one of the options listed below. a. Service the item in our work shop b. Service the item in your home if applicable c. Replace any part(s) of the item It is your responsibility to transport the item to our warehouse service center if service is needed. If needed, AFG can pick up your merchandise for service for a nominal fee. AFG does offer an in-home evaluation service if needed for a nominal fee. Please contact AFG customer service department for assistance in filing a claim, or for additional details on the claims process, or for details and fees for evaluations.
