Your delivery time and date is scheduled at the point of sale.
If you need to change your delivery time or date after you have finalized your purchase, contact the AFG store where you made your purchase at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time. A new delivery fee will be charged if AFG has already loaded your order onto a delivery truck.
All orders must be paid in full at the time that the orders are scheduled.
An authorized adult must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your delivery and sign the delivery receipt. If no authorized adult is home to receive your scheduled delivery, you will be charged a new delivery fee to reschedule a second delivery attempt.
If any damage is noticed at time of delivery a service technician assigned. AFG reserves the right to schedule a service technician to repair any imperfection noted at the time of delivery.
You are responsible for protecting your floors from damage by laying rugs, blankets, or cardboard down prior to delivery. AFG will not be responsible for damage to any floors.
Please remove all pictures, mirrors, plants, etc. from your entry and pathway to delivery area.
Please remove all breakable items from the delivery area. Our drivers are not responsible for breakage.
Please have all sidewalks, stairs, and hallways cleared of obstruction and debris.
Please have the area cleared and all furnishings that are being replaced taken out of area where newly purchased items are to be placed.
Please be sure to measure your items, and your door at home, to avoid any problems while unloading or bringing into home.
We do not haul away your old furniture.
We will assign a three-hour time block during which your product will be delivered.
The night before your delivery, we will remind you with a telephone call or email and/or text you. We will email you your time block only if you provide us with your email address or text you if cell phone number is provided.
Our delivery drivers will be happy to call you 30 minutes in advance of your delivery if that would be helpful to you and proper telephone number has been provided
Please make sure any information they would need to contact you is provided on the sales order. Please verify that all your personal information is correct on the sales order. Please also verify that all phone numbers listed are correct so that we will be able to contact you with information concerning your delivery.
Pick-Up Policy at Our Sacramento Distribution Center:

Pick-up hours: Monday to Saturday: 11am-6pm Sunday: 11am-5pm Closed everyday from 1-2pm for lunch
Person(s) responsible for picking up merchandise must present valid identity (valid and current driver’s license or other recognized identity card) and customer receipt. Car license will be notated on store pick up copy.
Same day pick-up is available.
Please call the distribution center prior to pick up at 916-386-4940 to ensure your items are available for pick-up.
All items that are picked-up will be in original factory packaging for safer transport to your home.
You will be responsible for inspecting all pick-up items prior to loading them into your vehicle and noting any external signs of damage, it is your responsibility to return the item to AFG for servicing or exchange.
AFG is not responsible for any negligence or vehicle damage in securing merchandise into your vehicle or for any merchandise or vehicle transport damage, vehicle accidents, or personal injuries once the merchandise has left AFG pick-up dock.
The majority of items will not be assembled and will require minor to moderate assembly.
AFG does not pre-assemble items being picked-up unless it is authorized by a customer service manager prior to pick up. Please allow sufficient time for assembly.
AFG is not responsible for tying down or securing. Please bring materials for securing your purchases.
Please inspect condition of boxes and items before loading. Customer is responsible for loading their purchases into vehicle.
Proper loading and securing of the product is your responsibility.
Cancellations or refunds on any special order merchandise are not allowed. There will not be a refund of your deposit.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from AFG, we will accept customer returns within 3 days of receiving an item.
AFG does not accept returns on bedding product such as mattresses, box springs / foundations / adjustable bases, pillows, and comforter sets for any reason.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns of furniture.
AFG reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse.
Items that are purchased “As-Is” cannot be returned.

A pick-up fee, equal to the original delivery fee, will be charged if the merchandise being returned needs to be picked up.
The initial delivery fee is not refundable.
Refunds on purchases made by cash or check will be refunded by a mailed check after 10 business days to post. On items purchased by check and returned, please allow at least 10 business days to allow for check to clear our bank. Refunds by credit card will post to your account within 10 business days. Refunds will be made by check. Prices paid are final at time of purchase.
