Delivery Information

We offer delivery and in-home setup throughout the Sacramento region.

Scheduling Your Delivery
  • Delivery appointments are scheduled when your purchase is completed.
  • A four-hour delivery window will be assigned.
  • You'll receive a reminder before your scheduled delivery.
  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your delivery date.
Before Delivery
  • An adult (18 years or older) must be present to receive and inspect the merchandise.
  • Please make sure walkways, hallways, and the delivery area are clear.
  • Measure doorways and room dimensions before delivery.
  • Remove fragile items from the delivery path.
Delivery Day
  • Inspect your merchandise at the time of delivery.
  • Any concerns should be noted before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Our team does not remove or haul away existing furniture.

Warehouse Pickup

Prefer to pick up your furniture yourself? Orders may be picked up from our Sacramento Distribution Center during pickup hours.

  • Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
  • Merchandise should be inspected before loading.
  • Items are picked up in their original factory packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for loading, securing, and transporting merchandise safely.
  • Please contact the distribution center before pickup to confirm your order is ready.
