Came in on 10/9/22 inquiring about a sectional. And walked out with an exceptional experience and the sectional. They have great prices and good quality furniture. Jay helped my mom find a couch, he was so easy going didn't pressure us at all and was super informative. We had been all over town looking at sectionals and sofa's for our family room, mostly the same options but different pricing. Abraham was the sales rep that helped us, gave us space, showed us what they had and was not pushy whatsoever. He asked our budget and found a way to get us what we were looking for well within it! We bought an entertainment cenderung at American Furniture off Auburn in Sacramento. Only one we found we liked after months of swaraning. It was about 2 inches too wide but they said they could cut it down to fit. They did and it looked factory perfect. Excellent sales, management, fabrication shop and delivery and set up! My wife and I came in on Saturday afternoon looking for a new sofa set. Jay welcomed us and asked what we were looking for. He walked us thru the showroom and showed us various sofa sets. He explained all of the features for all the sets he showed us. It was a pleasant shopping experience without hassle or pressure.
